This print features the 16th hole on Firestone's South Course. Done in a surrealistic style to portray the face of the Monster,
I emphasized the contrast between the sand traps and the grass so that when you look at the painting, you can see that the
bunkers behind the green are the eyes - the putting surface, the Monster's face - and the pond, its mouth ready to gobble up
any timid or panic stricken shots!
The old wooden bridge is no longer there having been replaced by a beautiful bridge Italian that stone masons built in 1997.
